Annie recently moved to Cape Town from Plettenberg Bay where she ran the established Grace Yoga studio. Annie's hatha yoga is about connecting with her students personally and A&S space suits this perfectly. Her classes will have a natural focus on breathing and the Asanas (postures) are slow and strong, all leading to greater health and vitality for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
Relax afterwards with a herbal tea and chill in our mezzanine area and have a breeze around Abi & Scarlett shop and SOUL studio….
